The steps to set up this payment method are given below:<\/p>\n<h3>Set up Paypal Account<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Before setting up this method, you need to have the PayPal account ID, API username, API signature, API password.<\/li>\n<li>The first thing is configuring a merchant account:<\/li>\n<li>Visit manager.paypal.com and sign in to your account or register for a new account if don&#8217;t have one already.<\/li>\n<li>Follow Service Settings &gt; Hosted Checkout Pages &gt; Set Up, there set AVS field = \u201cNo\u201d, CSC field = \u201cNo\u201d and set Secure Token = \u201cYes\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Then click Save.<\/li>\n<li>After that, you will be advised to create another user for your account.<\/li>\n<li>Then again, sign in to your account at manager.paypal.com.<\/li>\n<li>Read the PayPal guidance to add an additional user.<\/li>\n<li>Then click Save.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Required PayPal Setting, and there set the following as mentioned.<\/li>\n<li>Set Email Address, type your exact Email which you used to register your merchant account.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cAPI Signature\u201d or \u201cAPI Certificate\u201d In the API Authentication Methods.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cCredentials from PayPal\u201d section is optional; complete if required.<\/li>\n<li>Set \u201cSandbox Mode\u201d= \u201cYes\u201d if you are using credentials from your sandbox account. If you configure one of the solutions, the other one is automatically deactivated. Set Ask Customer to allow customers to decide whether they have to sign the billing agreement during Checkout or select \u201cNever\u201d to disable the signing of the billing agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Set \u201cSkip Order Review Step\u201d = \u201cYes\u201d to allow customers to finish the transaction from the PayPal site without reviewing the order by coming back to your Magento store.<\/li>\n<li>Now, click \u201cSave Config\u201d to save the settings, or if you want to configure these three more sections, then follow these steps.<\/li>\n<li>Open the \u201cPayPal Billing Agreement Settings\u201d section to set up a \u201cBilling Agreement\u201d for customers who are currently in a billing agreement with your store.<\/li>\n<li>Set \u201cEnabled\u201d = \u201cYes\u201d to activate \u201cPayPal Billing Agreement,\u201d then complete the settings similarly as you did for \u201cPayPal Express Checkout.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>In the \u201cSettlement Report Settings\u201d section, enter the \u201cSFTP login credentials\u201d in the \u201cLogin\u201d and \u201cPassword\u201d fields if you have registered for PayPal\u2019s secure FTP server.<\/li>\n<li>Set \u201cSandbox Mode\u201d = \u201cYes\u201d to run tests before making \u201cExpress Checkout\u201d live on your site.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the \u201cCustom Endpoint Hostname\u201d or \u201cIP Address field.\u201d The default value is \u201creports.paypal.com.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the \u201cCustom Path\u201d to select where all the reports will be saved.
